Our Blog "Methodist 1975 HK"

A blog is your easy-to-use web site, where you can quickly post thoughts, interact with people, and more.

When I posted a message on the homepage of MC three years ago. I found that most of other schoolmates of other years (most of them are younger than us) have their own websites. I asked for help and no one would offer help because that is a long term commitment. All these years all communications are generated by only one person, that's me. The workload is extremely heavy. I have to keep update of your email addresses too, I was informed after I sent emails . I know a friend who is already 60, she created her own Blog to write about her knowledge in Chinese Antiques. That inspired me to create our own Blog, all by myself. I've brought this issue out during dinner gatherings months ago.

Our Blog called "Methodist 1975 HK", it is created solely for classmates of Methodist College 1975 as a platform for communications. It may not be a perfect blog, but it connects to Google mail. You can email me when you read the blog. I can hand over the administrative work to other classmates. Please follow the steps and become a member. There you can post your message, photo etc and everybody can read if they log on to the Blog. Maximum 100 authors are allowed.

You may also become the reader, the second level. Maximum 100 readers are allowed.

You may also use Hyperlink to click on to this blog to read messages only, please keep this hyperlink, methodist1975hk.blogspot.com in your file.

You may use "search" method (by yahoo or google), choose "advance search", type the exact words of "Methodist 1975 HK", then you can click on to our Blog and read messages only.

There are so many ways you can read messages. In the mean time, it is in a public domain, that is, public can view it too. We can make it private, only registered persons, both authors and readers.

Some of our classmates, strange enough, most of them are abroad and not meeting often have already registered at our Blog, why not YOU.

We'll set up a computer at the Reunion Dinner to help you to log in and register if you have problems.

Thanks and regards,Miranda

Hey everyone

Yes, thank you for putting theis group together via tis Methodist 1975 HK blog. This is Daniel Leung Dat-Hung; I am now in NC, USA. Just realized when you past that half-century mark .. you don't seem to be able to remember, or relate to as well, especially faces from 33 years ago?? I am one of those sweaty & smelly guys that always rushed into the classroom because we spent the whole rest period playing basketball .. so sorry ladies, that we put you through all that.

Maybe one day, I shall figure out who everyone is on the group picture .. or you can show me ...

Hi all, it's great that we can finally locate Daniel Leung. We now can focus on the searching of Patrick Li Ka-Keung. Miranda, I did search on 411.ca & tried to call those listed as Patrick Li at Vancouver but no luck; they're not him.

By the way, I'm going to see Allan (Lo Kwok-Keung) next week. We'll be leaving Toronto next Monday morning to Vermont first, then Boston, arriving New York next Friday & will be staying in Allan's 'mansion' at New York. I just talked to him on the phone couple hours ago. Can't wait to leave.

Writing on the Blog is a new experience for us. We have to ask more people to read and write.

Daniel is not new, he has responded to my email for some time. Let's keep up the dialogue and keep it open. Shall we?
